Guys Try to get into a direct role position with top vendors like Nokia Siemens Networks,Ericsson,Alcatel Lucent etc.Their hiring activities are constantly updated in their websites.

Never prefer subcontract roles.Well,these are good for starters.But always aim towards getting into the hands of these big telecom giants.You will be well served even during tough times.
