Is m.com student is eligible for pgt in economics?...Could u please tell me

No. You are not eligible for PGT (Economics), but eligible for PGT (Commerce) only. PGT (Economics) Entrance is conducted by most of states to recruit post graduate teachers for the state government schools.

- You must have passed master's degree in Economics or Applied Economics or Business Economics with minimum 50% from a recognized university.
- You should hold B.Ed degree from a recognized university.
- You should have teaching proficiency in Hindi and English.

I did my PG with m.com (applied economics),can I apply for pgt because there is only m.a economics option...?
