M.Phil stands for Master of Philosophy. The institute from which you have done M.Phil must be approved by UGC and Distance Education council then only your degree will be valid for government job entrance exams in any state of India either Madhya Pradesh or any other state.

If your institutes is approved by DEC and UGC for M.Phil course then you can apply for government jobs in Madhya Pradesh.
