Is M.Phil(maths) from Global Open University valid for Lecturership to teach B.Tech?


sir i have done m phill(maths) from global open university before 30 june 2009, i just want to know is it valid for lecturership to teach b.tech, and is it equivqlent to net

i have done mphil maths from this university in2009.but it is not valid in m.p............give me complet infornmation about my problam
