Is ICAR NET exam equivalent to UGC NET?

i want to ask that is icar net exam is equivalent to ugc net..could u please tell me if itis

Dear Friend

ICAR stands for Indian Council for Agricultural Research.
The NET examination for Agricultural subjects is conducted by
Agricultural Science Recruitment Board of ICAR, on behalf of UGC.

There will be a Prelim examination and those who qualify Prelim
examination will be eligible for Main examination to fill up the
vacancies of Scientists in Agricultural Research Service (ARS).

My Friend,

ICAR stands for Indian Council for Agricultural Research.
The NET examination for Agricultural subjects is conducted by
'Agricultural Science Recruitment Board' of ICAR, on behalf of UGC.

As first you have to appre at Prelim examination and after qualify Prelim
examination will be eligible for Main examination to fill up the
vacancies of Scientists in Agricultural Research Service (ARS).
