M.Phil in Management from Global Open University is valid?


I have done mba through distance in management. Now i want to do mphil. i want to ask you that is mphil in management from global open university is valid and after doing mphil , can i get lectureship in colleges?. Please tell me mphil is good or phd is good for me. thanks

Global Open University is not authorised to offer distance mode programme by UGC DEC. You can pursue regular courses only from this university which us affiliated to UGC.
Distance mode programme from this university are not valid and should avoid taking admission in it.

The M.Phil. Degree in management of Global Open University is not recognized by Tribhuvan University of Nepal. Does GOU correspond to TU (Central University of Nepal) for equivalence of the degree?
