I have done B.tech in Electrical engineering in the year 1997. Thereafter I'm working Government organization. I wish to do M.tech to have an edge over the others and for better prospects. It will be a bit difficult for me to have 2 yrs leave for doing M.Tech. Kindly advise me regarding part time (or by correspondance) M.Tech course in Uttar Pradesh
