M.tech Robotics

M.tech Embedded systems

M.tech VLSI

M.tech MIcro electronics

There is no course as the 'best'. There are many equally good courses. But, if you ask one course opt, I opine VLSI/Embedded systems

At present the hottest or most paid branch is VLSI.For that you have to score high in GATE.Its avilable ai IIT bhu and IIT kharagpur.YOU need to score 98.6%ile and above.
Other branches are Microelectronics,emnedded systems,digital electronics etc.

As you are of the electronics student its not a rule to prefer only electronic related you can choose any specification.

coming to electronics you can prefer

VLSI

DIGITAL SIGNAL PROCESSING

POWER SYSTEMS

IMAGE PROCESSING

ROBOTICS

Among all robotics are interested i think so.
