Please will u tell me that, which branch should i take in ECE specialised mtech, but i already have good knowledge in GSM RF ENGINEERING so i want to do mtech following to the above knowledge.

Yes,Students who got good GATE Rank and were scored good percentage are the students,showed their talent and hard work in different ways,Definitely u will have a great future,plz Don't confuse in which stream to do M.tech.Every stream is required for the world.So,you are the people who are going to change the things in the world.Entering into an IIT is not such a simple thing,That is the gift given by the God to you.So,kindly use this opportunity.

To crack Engineering with good marks is a good achievement. You should not have to confuse in selecting your stream. You should choose any of the stream as because all subjects are good.

Dear, I would like to Tell you there are many Universities in INDIA Which are providing M TEch in ECE.It is not necessary you will go for particular Subject like as you mention above Radio Frequency.There is a option in the last Semester , that time you can submit Your thesis in the perticula Subject.
