Is M.Tech from Singhania University valid for a job in J&K?

I want to know that as I am B-tech from NIT and now I want to do M-tech from SINGHANIA UNIVERSITY RAJESTHAN TELL ME PLEASE IS THIS UNIVERSITY
IS VALID FOR GETTING JOB IN j&k or not...
