Yes certainly you are eligible to apply for government jobs if your academics are eligible for the desired post and department. As far as the validation for the pass certificate is concerned, you are eligible. However, most of the private companies and some government departments only approves AICTE approved degree courses.
Singhania University was established by an Act of the State, Government of Rajasthan in 2007. It is UGC approved, which makes its certificate valid for private and government jobs.
