I have complited my B.A . Now I want doing M.A HISTORY (distance education )From manonmaniam sundaranar university. I want to know that this university AICTE UGC approved or not.this university is right for me or not.

University Grant Commission [UGC]
Distance Education Council [DEC]
Ministry of HRD [Govt. of India]

Since, you are pursuing M.A. in History through distance mode, the recognition of the UGC and DEC is required. The Approval of All India Council of Technical Education [AICTE] is required for the Technical programs such as B.Tech, B.E., M.Tech, MBA, MCA etc. Hence, the University is recognized for your concerned program.

So , as you are currently pursuing M.A. (History) through distance mode , then you need not to worry about this.

Also , The Approval Of AICTE is required for Technical Degree Courses , So , you need to worry much about the AICTE Approval for your course.
