No there is no need to show your 10+2 percentage for MCA admission.Even though this can't be said with confidence due the insufficient details provided by you.

if you produce your details in more number like which state you are, Which university you are trying for and which entrance you have written to get admission then it will be easy to tell you.

anyways the general information about the MCA Admissions are as follows.
you have to complete your graduation with 50% of marks according to the universities of Andhra pradesh.

In ICET Notification it is clearly mentioned that only graduates with 50% are only eligible to take MCA Admission.

this is according to MCA admissions in Andhra pradesh.

As you said that you want to take admission in MCA so it doen't matter that how much percentage you had scored in 12th .Mainly MCA can be done after completing BCA and your admission is totally based on BCA . For MCA a candidate should have atleast 50% in BCA.If you have this much percentage in 12th then definitely you will get admission in any MCA college.12th class percent mainly ask when you are going to take admission in BCA at that 12th class percentage matters. For good college a candidate should have atleast 80%in 12th after that you will get admission .

any one can join MCA according to their entrance mark.So there will no consider of 12th marks.But during campus selection some companies need a good career so they may verify your 12th marks.If you have strong desire then you can get any other job.

12 class marks are not considered while taking admission in the MCA course. Only the score of you AIMCET is considered to allot you the college with respect to the rank and your choice.

To join MCA the eligibility criteria is:

1. Maths at 10+2 level + graduation from a recognised university

OR

2. BCA at graduation level.

You want join in MCA course . So if you have graduation degree in BCA,BBA , M.SC (IT,CS) , M.SC(MATH,STAT) etc are eligible for MCA course.

But in graduation time you must be score at least 50% .

This is not mandatory you have to score good percentage in 12 the standard.

Some university conduct their own entrance exam. So you can contact to those colleges.
