Seeking admission to MCA
I have passed my BCA from pune university with 55% aggregate marks. Am i eligible for the entrance exam. If yes please help me with the entrance form issuance dates.

eligibility for mca entrance exam:

--you should have pass 12th class from stream with maths as compulsory subject with minimum 50%

--you have to clear bachelor's degree with at leat 50% with at least of 3 yrs

--maths is the basic requirement for MCA

without maths you cannot cope up th syllabus of MCA you must have good base in maths

Best Career Option After BCA.............

Getting admission for BCA course is too easy, but the job availability is too less for only BCA pass out. BCA degree is of no importance today. The best option after BCA is to get admission in MCA course. MCA course can be applied by other people also like B.Sc. Pass out.

Job opportunity in call center for BCA pass out is higher, but in call center 10+2 pass out can also apply for the same post.

There is no way any IT company will going to higher BCA pass out (with no other qualification) .

So if BCA pass out is interested in IT or software field, they have to have join MCA course in reputed university. MCA degree is equivalent to B.E from computer science from hiring point of view for most of IT companies.
other wise they can prepare for MBA or UPSC.

MCA after BCA or job?

In MCA , you will be having some similar papers like in BCA. And your programming skills will be developed by doing MCA. Job is the risk if you get good job then you can learn in job but there are many technical skills which you will learn in MCA. So go for MCA regular. Try to pass good entrance exam. And make bright career in IT industry.
