i want ot know about MCA enterance exam in BHU.

Admissions to MCA program is based on the performance of the PET of the university.
Entrance Tests are held usually during May-June.

BHU MCA Entrance Exam 2011 Application Form:

The Application Form can be obtained from the counter or through post by sending a
written request mentioning the name of the course. Candidates can obtain the
Application Form from the official website – www.bhu.ac.in

BHU MCA Entrance Exam 2011 Eligibility:

Candidates who are Indian and have passed or are appearing in the Bachelor's degree
final examination in any discipline from any recognized university with Mathematics or
Statistics as one of the Subjects in 10+2+3 pattern are eligible to appear and qualify in
the written test.

BHU MCA Entrance Exam 2011 Paper:

The test paper will be of multiple choices. There are 3 subjects covered in the test –
Mathematical Ability, Elementary Computer Knowledge and Reasoning Aptitude.

IMPORTANT DATES:

Sale of Forms: February 15, 2011
Last Date for: Receipt of Postal Requisition for Forms: February 26, 2011
Sale of Forms from Counter: March 3, 2011
Submitting Forms by hand or post (without late fee): March 10, 2011

MCA (Master of Computer Applications) entrance exam in BHU (Banaras Hindu University) is Postgraduate Entrance Test (PET) conducted by Banaras Hindu University in month of May / June every year.

MCA Course Duration = 3 Years

Eligibility Criteria for MCA: - Pass Bachelors Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50 % aggregate marks with Mathematics or equivalent examination from a regonised institute / university.

You must have 50% aggregate marks in btech with maths as one of the subjects at

either intermediate or equivalent examination or bachelor level. For getting admission in

MCA,you will have to appear for PET test which is conducted around the month of may

every year. The admission test normally consists of questions of 12th. The seats are 46 .
