Hi,

My Brother is doing BCA from Distance learning from Sikkim Manipal University in Assam. I am following queries related to MCA Entrance in Pune:

Is he able to give MCA eentrance exam?

Is there some particular procedures for other state candidate to give entrance exam in Pune?

What are the procedures for other state candidates learning BCA from Distance learning(Sikkim Manipal University) to sit in MCA Entrance Exam from Pune?

university of mumbai offers distance learnng (mca) program.

eligibility is pass bachelor degree with atleast 45%,and you have to appear for entrance test conducted by IDE,university mumbai.

distance learning program offered by symbiosis university,pune.
it offers walk-in-admission on the basis of percentage obtained in bachelor dergee.

osmania uniersity,hydrabad offers admission to its distance mca program through I-CET.

Being from different state there are few seats alloted to OMS candidates. u will be called for the GD PI on the basis of ur percentile and seats availability

hey there are many institutes for it....the admission hat you will get will be according to your perfotmance.....you can give the exams for that

i think IGNOU is best option for you...for admission you have to sit for entrance test,...and admission will be on basis of performance in entrance exam

i would also suggest that IGNOU is the best option because it is the best college in India for distance education and also the placements are quite good

The first list of selected candidates as per merit in Entrance Test for various categories shall be displayed on the university website http://www.thapar.edu.

i think if you want to persue MCA by distance learning you can go in IGNOU you have to appear for the entrance exam conducted

Yes off coarse he is eligible to give the entrance exam of the MBA.
The following Criteria are there for the eligibility of the MBA ,those are:

Graduation in any discipline with 50% marks for General Category and 45% marks for reserved category;

OR

Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of supervisory/managerial/professional experience.

So your brother is eligible for the entrance exam of the MBA.

you can take on the MCA entrance test as a distant learning course.this is for university of mumbai .moreover you can directly get into IGNOU for distant learning in MCA by just applying for it.osmania university also offer such courses.

Yes your brather are eligibile to write entrance exams to many distance learning program.
He can write following university who conduct entrance exam for MCA destance learing prograam.
1. IDE University mumbai.
2. IGNOU.
3. ANNA University.
4. Osmania University, Hydrabad.
5. Symbiosis University, Pune.
