AFCAT stands for Air Force Common Admission Test. This exam is conducted twice in a year, As AFCAT-I and AFCAT-II.

There are three wings 1). Flying, 2). Technical and 3). Ground duty. Candidate with bachelor degree in engineering in Aeronautical or Mechanical are eligible for Technical as well as Flying branch. Whereas, all other graduation degree holders are applicable for ground duty only.
