VAO Exam Eligibility Criteria:-

-VAO stands for Village Administrative Officers. The recruitment exam to appoint these officers is conducted by the Tamilnadu Public Service Commission.

-To give this exam you need a secondary school leaving certificate. In short you need to be a 10th pass out. Even if you have higher qualifications that will be considered only when you have this certificate to show.

-You need to attain the age of 21 before giving this exam. That is the minimum age limit for giving this exam. For general category candidates the upper age limit is 30 years.

-For the reserved category candidates there is age relaxation. For SC/ SC (Arunthathiyars), STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs, BCM and Destitute Widows of all castes the upper age limit is 40 years.

-You need to be well versed in Tamil language because you will be posted in the villages of Tamilandu.

-You can give the exam if you dont know this language but in that case you have to sit for Tamil language exam which is also conducted by TNPSC and pass in it.

-Written exam will be conducted in two following parts: General Knowledge and General Tamil/General English.

-300 marks have been allotted for the exam and the paper needs to be completed in three hours. You need 90/300 to qualify.

Dear Aspirant,

VAO Question paper in Tamil



VAO stands for the Village Administrative Officer and this exam is conducted by Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC).....

This exam contain the following Topics:-

## General Knowledge and

## General English/General Tamil


Eligibility And Criteria:-


A candidate who have completed their Graduation degree in any of Discipline from the Well Recognized Universities can apply for this examination.....

There is No any Percentage Limit all is just a candidate have to completed their Graduation degree....

Age of candidate should be at least 21 years...

Age of candidate should not exist 30 years....

Relaxation for OBC is up to 3 years applicable.....

For Sc/ST it is up to 5 years...

For PH category it is up to 10 years on upper age.....
