The IIST offers only MSC IT and MSC CS course, So you can
do only Msc IT from this college, because this colleges offers
only software course. to get more detail regarding IIST, then

they provide M.Sc in Applied Sciences and they take their own examination

Dont worry. I am with your information.You can join IIST by writing an entrance exam which comes just after your plus two board examination.They offer a lot of MSc programmes in aviation, physical science & aeronautics.
The exam is of 3 hours with subjects Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics.
