Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) do not offer Master of Science program in Physics. The university and the programs offered by the same are recognized and approved by University Grant Commission and Distance Education Council of India, but the university offers Master of Science (M.Sc) program only in the following disciplines:


Computer Science
Information Technology
Geography
Mathematics

Yes, Karnataka Open University is recognized by University Grant Commission (UGC) and Distance Education Council , Delhi. But they don't have M.Sc. Physics as you are Saying.

They only offer MSc. in IT, Geography, Mathematics, and CSE of 2 years Duration.

Yes, Karnataka Open University is recognized by University Grant Commission (UGC) and Distance Education Council , Delhi.But it offers a no: of bachelors programme & a limited masters programme so M.Sc. Physics is not available in their programme list.

However they offer MSc. in IT, Geography, Mathematics, and CSE of 2 years Duration.

But if you wishes to offer the Msc.Physics then you can go for another universities that are offering the course from the distance mode too.The list is as under-
