hello. this is sadhana.. and iam doing my btech 1 st in electrical and electronics engineering. But i want 2 do my mtech in aeronautical engineering. Is it possible ? If so please inform me about it? Also how to approach it to do in abroad?

IJ hope it is possible. U can write GATE exam to join in IITs... To do in abroad, u have to write respective exams for particular universities

To join the MTech in aeronautics it is better to shift in mechanical engg after 1st year.

there is no any problem you can do m.tech in aeronautics after doing b.tech in electrical and electronics.
and one thing i want to make clear that you can not change it after 1st year in m.tech for the other course,

To be an aeronautical engineer one should have a graduate degree (B.E/B.Tech.) or at least a diploma in Aeronautics

you get good SGPA in your 1st year then change your
stream take aeronautical if it is not available then
choose mechanical because this stream helps to do
aeronautical in future ...
prepare for GATE exam there after take subject any like aeronautical ,design
prepare for HAL exam and in hal you have chance to go abroad in few years...

exams you will definately get admission in M.tech aeronautics.

Its possible. If you score high mark in your b.tech , then you can apply for aeronautics. If you have taken electronic & communication stream , you have a much better chance to get into it.

You can apply for the GATE exam.
Doing M.tech after b.tech in electrical and electronics.
And some private colleges are also provided for the M.tech course after B.tech.
you can apply directly by these colleges.

dear friend it is possible to do m.tech in any field irrespective of your b.tech field.if you want to do m.tech in india then you should take gate exam.and if you want to go abroad then you should go for gre and toefl courses..good luck

friend after ur grad. in eee u can pursue your pg in avionics i.e aviation+electronics but aeronautical engg. as such is not a recognised grad. field the exact branch is called aerospace engg. which is avialable in some iit's and other private institutions. also it will be better to consider obtaining ur pg from abroad since they cen give u better exposure to this field.

Yes it is possible, you can get admission in M.tech

I assure you that definitely you can opt for M.Tech in Aeronautical Engg. in IITs,NITs,etc. depending on your GATE rank.For that, you should aspire for a good rank in the GATE exam, so that you will be able to study in IIT MADRAS or IIT KHARAGPUR.
So,gear yourself up in the next 4 years to crack the GATE/GRE exams.
