Is my degree valid for Ph.D(Hindi) from IGNOU
Sir, I am m.phil (Hindi) from IIPS, Lucknow and presently i am a PG teacher in CBSE affiliated School. Is my degree is valid for Phd (Hindi) from IGNOU, New Delhi.
