Re: Is NEET exam mandatory to join colleges for Physiotherapy course?
Physiotherapy Course is graduation level degree. The duration of the course is 4 1/2 years including 6 months internship program. The admissions are not given through NEET exam. The full details are given below.
The eligibility required to study this course is 10+2 or equivalent education in PCB subjects with 50% from any recognised board. The admissions are given based on the performance in the 10+2 education. There are few entrance exams conducted by different universities like JIPMER exam, SVNIRTAR CET exam, IPU CET, RUET and etc., CET (Common Entrance Test) is an entrance exam for giving admissions into Physiotherapy course. You need to apply for the exam for getting admission into different universities. There are another entrance exams, so based on which university you want to study you need to attend the exam and qualify in the test so that you’ll be able to get admission in the university. |

Re: Is NEET exam mandatory to join colleges for Physiotherapy course?
According to me, one who is interested in Physiotherapy course has completed 12th with PCB from a recognised board and NEET is not mandatory to appear in order to join this course because there is an entrance exam known as Common Entrance Test to take admission in Bachelor of physiotherapy four and half years duration course.
So you won't get admission in bachelor of Physiotherapy by appearing in NEET entrance exam so you have to appear in common entrance test if you want to join physiotherapy. |
