In which NIT can I get Mechanical or ECE after scoring an AIR of 23700?
in which nit i can get mech or ece my air is 23,700...please tell me

You will not be able to get admission in any nit with such ranking and if by chance your rank is in merit list then you will not be able to get mechanicalor ece in that nit and if the merit list changes then nobody can tell what can happen.
