Chances of seats

Sorry dude,

you don't have any chance because there are only 11 seats for SC and your

rank is 109.

If you will be very very lucky then only there is a chance.

There is reservation in seats in the JIMPER examination for the
reserved category candidates.

For the MBBS the availability of seats for the different category
candidates are :

Admission notice E-01/2011

MBBS courses July 2011 session

Applications are invited from resident Indian nationals for admission to MBBS course (number of seats 98) for the year 2011 through entrance examination

Eligibility conditions

Essential: Applicant must be a resident Indian national; should have studied and completed his/her course in the schools located in India in the preceding two years

Applicants should have been born on or before 01st January, 1995

Educational: Applicant should have passed higher/senior secondary examination (10+2) with minimum 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and a pass in English for UR and 45% for UR-OPH and 40% for SC/ST/OBC

Entrance examination: JIPMER uses paper-based test administration (MCQ) for merit listing the candidates for the above admission

Candidate has to appear for entrance examination to be conducted by JIPMER in 12 centres around the country on 05th June, 2011, 10.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

Application-cum-prospectus for MBBS course 2011 session can be obtained by one of the following methods

From the counter of state bank of India (SBI), JIPMER campus from 09th March, 2011 to 25th April, 2011 (4.00 p.m.)

Postal request to Professor, Academic, JIPMER from 06th March, 2011 to 18th April, 2011 accompanied by a demand draft for Rs 1000/- for UR/OBC and Rs 650/- for SC/ST (should attach a copy of attested SC/ST certificate) drawn in the name of accounts officer, JIPMER payable at Pondicherry

Two labels with candidate’s address written legibly must be enclosed

On-line submission through JIPMER website from 06th March, 2011 to 18th April, 2011

However online applicants have to send the printout with necessary enclosures so as to reach on or before 25th April, 2011, 4.30 p.m.

Applicants desirous of obtaining a model question booklet of the JIPMER MBBS entrance examination may add an additional amount of Rs 100/- to their demand draft along with A4 sized self addressed envelope

JIPMER will not be responsible for any postal delay

As you have not mentioned which course you are applying for so it is difficult to provide you much information.

However i would like to tell for the MBBS course, there are 11 seats reserved for SC candidates.

For details, refer to the attachment given below.

in JIPMER there is some seat is available for SC AND ST candidate......

for sc students only 11 seats is available...........

for st students there is only 8 seat is available............

if you cross the cut-off then you got seat in reserved quota.........

because there is very less seat is available..................

In JIPMER exam there are very lot of seat for SC/ST candidate.
There are only 7 seat are reserve for ST candidate. I attached the
notification list with this message in which the number of seat is given.

now i am in UAE and my daughter is studying 7th standard. my native pakce is pondicherry.. after finshed my daughter s 12th standard can we get the mbbs seat in jipmer in pondicherry native seat?
