I'm having OBC certificate issued by Uttar Prades government. Will it be applicable for NEET state quota counseling in West Bengal?

Only domicile candidates are eligible to participate in state quota counseling of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. You are eligible for your own state. UP OBC candidate can take part in 85% state quota counselling in UP only.

You are eligible for all India 15% counselling in any state if you score marks in NEET exam more than or equal to cut off set by MCI for All India counselling.

This is not possible.

Only domicile candidates of West Bengal can appear in counselling process of admission in medical colleges under state quota.

You can be eligible for All India counselling subject to your rank in NEET exam.

Your OBC certificate of Uttar Pradesh can be used for state quota counselling in medical colleges of this state only.

Unless you have domicile of West Bengal, you can not join counselling under 85% quota seats under medical colleges.
