my friend has done his 10+2 from west bengal but he has made his obc certicate from bihar as he belongs to bihar state. In aieee he has been given state rank in obc quota in west bengal .can he take the benefit reservation of obc quota in west bengal? is his obc certificate is valid here in west bengal to have th benefit of reservation in west bengal.can he have the 50% of reservation in home quota in NIT durgapur .?
is his obc certificate valid in all india level?

Hi, different state govt has allotted different qoutas for their people . As your friend does not belong to that state , may not recieve any qouta . As he belongs to OBC , he surely recieve some reservation .

Certificate is always obtained from your state only that's why where ever you present it , it will be eligible need not to worry regarding this .
He can take the benefit of obc certificate over their.

I have OBC-A certificate.I have done graduation from kalyani university with 49.50% marks. So can i take admission in B.ed?

I have done my 12 from jalandhar and I m living here from last 10 years but my birthplace is bihar. I belong to obc category in bihar state central list but in Punjab my caste does not come under obc category. I only have obc certificate which is issued in bihar. Now I want to take admission in nit jalandhar, can my this certificate is applicable? Can I get reservation facility in nit jalandhar?
