Some states give admissin in to the lateral entry on the basis of the marks secured in the diploma.
Meanwhile some states like up will require you to appear for a test foloowed by the counselling to get in admission.

Here is list of a few.

1. Lateral entry to Madhy Pradesh.

You will het admission on the basis of marks of diploma.

Register for the counselling at Dte madhya pradesh.

2. Lateral entry to West Bengal, Uttar pradesh

For west bengal you require to appear for the JELET exam
For uttar pradesh you require to appear for the UPSEE

3. Laterak entry to the gujrat, chennai

There you shall get admission by diploma marks basis,

Register on the DTE websites of the respective states .

Important:::

1. You will get government college only if you are domicile of that state or your diploma is from that state.

Eg. If your diploma is from madhya pradesh and you are domicile of up you shall get govenment college of both mp and up but not wb.
