Possibility of getting promoted to 3rd year having missed one paper final exam?


I am pursuing B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT). I recently gave my 2nd year final exams however, I was not able to appear for one Lab practical exam. So, will I be promoted to 3rd year?

Will i be able to write 4th year exam if i have supply in 3rd year
