Hello Sir, my son have completed SSC from Guntur and now studying in class 11th with MPC subject combination in Hyderabad. Can he continue second year (12th) from any high school in Andhra Pradesh?

Yes, your son can continue second year (12th) from any high school in Andhra Pradesh, but before leaving 11th class he must be completed 11th and take TC from school where he is studying 11th class.

Also you have to take your son migration certificate from School board where he studying 11th class, it will take upto 20 days.

Yes, he can continue 12th standard in any other school in another state but make sure the board and stream is same as that of previous class.
As per the rules, the candidate has to complete both 11th and 12th standardsfrom same same stream and board.
