Sir i got admission on the basis of jee mains ranking or uptu rankinp but i got only 48.6% in cbse board due to my some prblm

I am doing B-Tech(Electrical) in lateral entry in RVD & completed in 2010.I am working in state govt. organisation(OPTCL) in odisha.But our office not consider the RVD certificate,Please send your details approval from govt. of india in my e-mail id.
