I have completed my 12th from Arts stream. Now, can I get admission in any government of private college to study BCA degree course as a regular candidate? If not as a regular candidate then can I get admission in IGNOU or any other university offering BCA via distance mode of education?

To pursue BCA course, a candidate must have minimum qualification of 10 + 2 in any discipline but mathematics is a mandatory subject.
If you have passed your 10 + 2 with Arts stream then it is necessary that mathematics was one of your subjects.

Yes, you can persue BCA as a regular candidate being a intermediate art stream student.
Eligibility criteria required to seek admission to BCA:-
1) 10+2 qualification with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks in any relevant stream.
2) English as one of the subject.
