Yes, you are eligible to pursue graduation degree from Delhi university after gap year in your academic qualification.
There is no any limitation on admission of candidates after gap year or even extra eligibility criteria for admission. So, if you have aggregate in 10+2 is above cut off marks of different cut off list released by colleges. You are eligible to get admission.
