Possibility to study MA(Environmental Studies) for BA(Economics) student? Scope of studying this course?


Dear Sir, I am studying BA in Economics. I want to do MA in Environmental Studies. So, is it possible for me to do MA with this specialization? If yes, then kindly let me know about the scope of this MA course.

The eligibility criteria for persuing MA in Environment studies is that a candidate needs to complete a bachelor's degree from a recognised board with atleast 55% marks.

Admission is solely done on merit basis .
The average course fees ranges from INR 10,000 to INR 1.7 lacs for a span of 2 years.

Scope:-
After persuing the course, students can find numerous variety of careers to choose from.
They can opt for advanced studies like M.phil, PhD etc
The course expands wider range of jobs in government sector and also other private organisation.
They can choose their job in respective areas like
Journalist
Photographer
Forest carbon specialist
Product manager
Director of waste manager etc

Students can deal with technical, ecological ,research and development issues .

Thus you can persue the course after BA Economics.
