Is there any provision to complete 3rd and 4th year of syllabus together of B.E. under Shivaji University's curriculum? If yes, then how can I proceed with this?

No there is no such provision to complete 3rd and 4th year syllabus together in one year
So you have to first clear the third year in order to to take admission for 4 year

Its only possible when one has backlog in the previous academic session or if the candidate pursuing course via distance mode,but still it depends on the university terms and norms.
