Yes of course , but you are age limits is not exited 19 years .

You can join Indian Air force course through NDA examination .

NDA Stands for National Defence Academy Examination and this examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission twice in a year .

Conducts for :-

>>Indian Army
>>Indian Navy
>>Indian Air force

Minimum Qualification for Air force / Navy :-

The candidate should have a completed intermediate(12th) with Mathematics and Physics as main subjects of a reputed School or equivalent qualification and those who are awaiting in the exam results or pursing in the 12th exam or passed or 12th examination can also eligible to apply for this examination . There is no minimum no.of attempts . There is no specific percentage required for this examination .

Age limits must have a minimum 16.5 years and maximum 19 years ( i.e According to the notification born not earlier than 2nd July , 1994 and not later than 1st January 1997 are eligible to apply ) . But there is no relaxation applicable for reserved categories .

Important note :- Only male candidates are eligible to apply .

If age limits is satisfy the you can eligible to apply for Indian Air force through National Defence Academy examination .

Notification was already out on 05/05/12 and last date for receipt of application was already closed on 04/06/12 .

Stage of the examination :- Written test , SSB Interview followed by Physical Test and Medical Test .

Yes shore you are eligible for indian airforce, but you are not mentioned your age, if you are age in between 16.5 years to 19 years then you are eligible for Indian airforce.

To join in indian airforce you have to apply NDA(National Defence Academy) exam which is conducted by the UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) twice in a year

NDA-I,

NDA-II.

There is three types of wings in NDA including airforce and army, navy.

Educational qualification:-

12th standard from a recognised state or central board.

But for airforce and navy academy you must have physics, chemistry and mathematics subjects are compulsory.

Percentage is not required for NDA exam.


Nationality:-

A citizen of INDIA,

or

A subject of bhutan,

or

A subject of nepal,

or

A tibetian refugee who came to india permanently.


Age criteria:-

16.5years to 19 years, there is no age relaxation for any reservation candidates.

Gender:-

Only unmarried male candidates are eligible.

Girls are not eligible for NDA.

Selection process:-

Written test,

SSB interview,

Medical test.

Look friend , it would be only possible , if and only if , you are not over crossing the age limitation criteria ..
The age limit for the NDA examination is 16.5-19 years.

In order to become a IAF (INDIAN AIR FORCE) officer, you must have clear the NDA (NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY) examinat5ion, which is conducted by the UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION (UPSC) every year for twice.

So I do'nt think you are eligible for this nda exam, as you would over- aged.

Through the NDA examination ,one can apply in any combatant branches of the Indian army-
1. INDIAN AIR FORCE (IAF)
2. NAVAL ACADEMY (NA)
3. INDIAN MILITARY ACADEMY (IMA)

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS-

FOR apply in IAF & NA --

12th class degree , with atleast 60% (aggregate), with PHYSICS & MATHS ,.

For apply in IMA --

12th degree in any stream..

You must have Indian nationality with marital status unmarried.
