Is it possible to join MBBS program and continue the job of staff nurse at the same time?

i m Krishna from Delhi , my wife is posted as staff nurse in govt. medical collage., but she is want admission in mbbs .. can it possible staff nurse and mbbs both together at a time ..... plzz help..
