As far as you are concerned about the solved papers for past year ESE (Engineering Services Examination) often known as IES examination then for that you need to buy solved PYQs (Previous Year Questions) book by ESE coaching centres like MadeEasy or ACE Academy by referring to their official website or directly searching the books on e-commerce platforms like Amazon or Flipkart.

Note : UPSC does not releases the detailed solution for any of the examination conducted by it but it releases the question papers officially which are downloadable from the official link of UPSC i.e; www.upsc.gov.in.
