please send me previous 5 year question papers of GATE biotechnology and also study materials for the same.

'Biotechnology' was included in GATE as a separate subject in 2010.

Earlier there used to be no GATE specifically for Biotechnology.

Last two years (2010, 2011) question papers of Biotechnology stream
are attached with this message.

Find them into the attachments.

Also, refer some good practice guide (e.g., G.K. Publisher's Guide for GATE)
so that you can manage very good pace in the exam.
