Since,you haven't mentioned your stream hence,i have attached a few papers from various streams..

Just go through them and observe the pattern and the level of the questions asked..

Note- Pre-final year students are not eligible to appear in GATE-2012

To apply for the examination,

Degree in engineering/technology/architecture from a recognized university or equivalent qualification and candidates who are appearing in the final semester of degree course can also apply for the examination.

Note :- Candidates who are appearing in the pre-final year of degree course can apply for the examination.
