Procedure to apply for summer training in Neuro Degerative Diseases at IIT Delhi?


I am currently in second year pursuing biotechnology from Manav Rachna. I want to do 2 months summer training in IIT Delhi. My interest area is related to neuro degenerative diseases. Kindly tell me what are the procedures to apply in IIT Delhi, when will be applicants form release for summer training 2018 and whether I am eligible for internship or not.
