Re: Qualification required to become an ACP after Diploma in Mechanical engineering? Which exam should I prepare for it?
The minimum required qualification to become ACP ( Assistant Commander of Police ) is bachelor degree.
So, you are not eligible to appear for examination conducted by UPSC as Civil Service or for recruitment as officer in CBI ( will become ACP after promotion ). The age limit to appear for examination is 21-32 years with relaxation in age limit for reserved category and no limitation on discipline of bachelor degree. For syllabus and other details about examination visit at www.upsc.gov.in. |
