My brother have a BCA degree in regular mode with one university and a BA private degree from another university passed in year 2008. Is my brother both degree are valid.
please guide.

No, only one degree will be valid. Both degree will not be valid. There is no such provision that candidate can do two courses at same time from different university. How can an individual be present at same time in two different university pursuing this course. Your brother can use his Bachelor of Computer application degree as valid.

As per rules, two courses can be done at same time one in regular mode and other in distance mode but there is must one year gap between both courses.

If a candidate does two regular courses at same time then only one degree is considered valid for higher studies or job opportunities.

For regular courses, physical appearance is necessary and a single candidate can not be physically present at two place to pursue two different courses in regular mode. Only one degree will be valid.

Yes they are valid but in the background check they will always catch you, because the date of completion of the certificates will always overlap each other.

R/Sir , I have done BCA Regular mode in session 2013/14 - 2015/16 and B.COM in private mode from another university, so can I use both degrees at same time for any job?

If I'm pursue graduation as private candidate then it is valid for armed forces and other govt jobs

Only 1 degree will be valid because if a candidate appears in two exams in same year only one is considered.
