sir, Iam studying in mbbs second year in mandia medical college (karnataka). iam not getting any type scholarship. please tell me how can i get scholarship for the year 2011-12.

I'm studyin in 2nd year mbbs in jjm medical college,Davanagere,karnataka.I had applied for mhrd scholarship on 2012. But i didnt get amount or any response. What might be the reason? Plz help
