Re: Which Science subject combination to opt in Intermediate to study MBBS?
MBBS stands for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery and the minimum education required to pursue MBBS degree course is a Class 12th in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as main subjects with at least 50% marks in aggregate in PCB group from a recognized board of education.
So, as evident from the above fact, that there is no requirement of Mathematics to be studied at Class 12th for pursuing MBBS degree course. |

Re: Which Science subject combination to opt in Intermediate to study MBBS?
Mathematics is not compulsory in Intermediate in order to join MBBS course later.
MBBS stands for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgeon. This is highly demanding course in India and not so easy to get admission for this course. I would suggest you to opt for BiPC stream in your 10+2 which consists of below subjects Botany Zoology Phsysics Chemistry You can get direct admission for 10+2 in many of the colleges. If you have good percentage of marks in 10th standard, many colleges are ready to give admission for 10+2 without any fees. But popular Institutes are Sri Chaitanya Narayana etc. where they not only focus on completion of 10+2 but also on preparation of Entrance Exams for MBBS from the very beginning of your 10+2. Join in these Institutes so that you can gain more knowledge and crack the Entrance Exams easily. |
