You will doubt in any field in which you will enter. Doctor is one of the most respected professions in India and it takes a lot to become a good doctor. You have to study 5 and a half years to get the degree. For specialisation you have to spend some more study time.
If you can get admission in a good college and have interest towards becoming a doctor then you should go for it. Leisure will come later if you are successful.

Normally, successful doctors don't have much time for family. Those who open their own clinic have more good time with family if the clinic is running successfully. If you look at alternatives then you can opt for other fields like clinical research if you don't become a doctor.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
