Re: Scope for civil engineering?
civil engineer is a core engineering branch and until india gets a good infrastructure,it shall have a good market.unlike computer engineering and electronic engg, civil engg department in a college requires more fund for labs and practical, so numbers of college offering the same is less and so is the number of students,
in the time to come this field opens up many opportunities to its engineers and technocrats |

dear friend,
The scope is quite good, but better in the big cities than in the rural areas, But not to worry. The way construction is booming up through out India, i feel there is excellent scope for civil engineering. Punjab with all its agricultural strength and developing cities is no exception. There's a lot of scope for engineers in developing countries... Good luck! |
