I've completed my Bca with 80% and also got placed in TECH MAHINDRA .......
should i do MCA regular or distance plz help me i'm very confused.......if i do MCA(distance) my frnds tell that there is no scope for MCA(distance)....what should i do?

There are many people who think that pursuing any course through distance is not worth as it doesn't holds any value and this is nothing but just a misconception or you can say lack of knowledge.
There are number of candidates pursuing courses through distance mode and if its not worth, why would they do that? But yes, a fresh graduate who doesn't have any kind of work experience and is not a working professional, she/he should not opt for correspondence mode of MCA, instead they should go for regular classes but since you are a working professional, pursuing MCA through correspondence will be ideal thing to do.
After completion of the course, the masters degree along with work experience will add huge value to your resume.

It is really good to pursue MCA degree after completing BCA degree. MCA through regular mode is much more effective than that of distance. Distance education has its own limitations. If you pursue the course (through distance) from a recognized University, then there will be no question of scope. You have to select the option according to your convenience.

you should do MCA regular from Reputed Institute.


There are many universities which are offering MCA from distance learning and as regular course.

But almost all the college conduct Entrance Exam to take candidate into their course.

Entrance Examinations comprises Mental Ability, English Comprehension and Mathematics of 12th standard.

hi dear friend if you are doing bca and now you want to do mca , so you have to give entrance exam for mca but after mca, so you have a good scope in future. But you should be strong in computer programming language.

Hey I am in my last semester of BCA and in my college TECH MAHINDRA is going to come for placement. Is is a good company? Shall I go for it? What are the work given by them? Can you please give me the feedback of the company?

I congratulate you for getting job opportunity in Tech Mahindra soon after the completion of your BCA course itself.

There will be good career scope for you in Tech Mahindra which is one of the top IT company in India.

I don't think it is a good choice of opting for MCA course in regular mode by leaving the top job opportunity in Tech Mahindra.

Perform well in the job that you join and have strong preparation of your academics to get good subject knowledge.

You can opt for the MCA course in distance mode along with your job in Tech Mahindra.

You don't need to worry about the career scope of pursuing MCA course in distance learning.

There will be top universities even in distance education also like
IGNOU
SYMBIOSys etc.

You can know the selection procedure and complete the MCA course successfully.

Pursuing MCA course in distance learning may be a problem for the candidates who are looking for jobs but you are already doing job. In you case, it won't be a problem for you.

Moreover you can get promotions, increments and onsite job opportunities for you having completed MCA course.
