I secured 87.4 % in 10th. I want to be computer engineer. so I want to know should I go for diploma or 11th science.. how many seats are there for diploma to degree? For Nirma university can diploma holder apply for B.E. without passing 12th??

diploma holders can apply in B.E courses.
Yes in nirma university diploma holder can apply in nirma university without 12th but you need a very good percentage of marks as you have scored good in your 10th std

can i do diploma after 11th

One can do diploma after 10th standard.
To enter B.E, one has to complete 3 years of diploma course and then join 2nd year B.E after qualifying in an entrance exam for B.E. For this one need NOT do +2.

Another way s by taking up science in +2 and then taking up B.E after qualifying in the entrance exam.

sir i am doing diploma in electrical engineering from aryabhat polytehnic in delhi and i want to do btech after completing diploma i want to know is there will be any difference in value or sallary package in comparison to those who first clear 12th then btech(aieee) also tell me advantages of doing btech after diploma

There is no difference. Both are treated in similar way. However if you have done a degree after diploma, chances of selection in interviews are higher as you might be stronger in key subjects and topics
