Should I send a DD of Rs. 50 to TNOU to get B.Com 1st year marksheet? Is it possible to continue B.Com?
I am the student of B.Com course. I have attended the first year exam and passed in all subjects but I discontinued my studies in Goa. So please tell me can I continue this course? Till now my first year certificate/marksheet is not received yet they are telling that send 50 rupees DD to TNOU for getting this marksheet. Kindly requesting you to please advice me. Matter is most urgent.

As we know that the TNOU is a recognised university. If they are charging a D.D. 50 rupees for the marksheet then do contact with a genuine guy and submit it.
